Born and raised in Macon, Georgia, Tracy Blair-Kwapis launched her sales career early, making history in 1987 as the youngest salesperson ever hired by GEICO. While balancing full-time work and academic studies, she developed a strong foundation in the insurance industry — honing her skills in business strategy, negotiation, and client service that would define her future in real estate.
Guided by respected industry mentor and trainer Dale Washburn, Tracy transitioned to real estate, where her approachable nature, negotiation expertise, and creative problem-solving quickly set her apart. Over more than two decades in real estate, she is known for her energy and enthusiasm, and earned a reputation for straightforward communication, creative problem-solving, unwavering ethics, and meticulous attention to detail. Clients value her ability to navigate complex transactions with confidence and integrity, while maintaining a laser focus on their desired goals. Tracy’s commitment to clients have consistently positioned her as a trusted ally - and a closer - in any market.
Licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia, much of Tracy’s career has been throughout Georgia, representing clients in communities including Atlanta, Alpharetta, Macon, Forsyth, Blue Ridge, Savannah, and St. Simons. When her daughter began her orthopedic surgical residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and her son graduated from McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tracy expanded her business into Tennessee. Building on her successful affiliation with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, she joined Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty to combine her multi-state expertise with the luxury brand’s unparalleled global reach.
Today, Tracy is known for her thoughtful approach, refined professionalism, and deep understanding of both luxury and traditional markets alike. She believes real estate is more than just a house or a transaction — it’s more about the people, the trust, and the lasting relationships that extend well beyond closing day. Many of her clients become lifelong friends, a reflection of the care, authenticity, and genuine connection that guides her work every day.
